Thanks to the intervention, both reform and home staging, this house is being rented for €900 per month, almost without interruption since the reform was completed, a year and a half ago.
The work consisted of renovating electricity and plumbing, moving the kitchen to create a pleasant kitchen-living room as a common area with access to the terrace, and thus taking advantage of the kitchen and the back bedroom to make a large double bedroom with a private bathroom. In total we have a house rented by rooms with 3 double bedrooms and 1 private bathroom, with an annual return of 12%.
