How to get the most out of your rentals
Antonio repeats with us. This time he brings us a beautiful penthouse that he wanted to get the most out of when he rented it out. It is a powerful apartment, with an elevator, but the aesthetics were very outdated and Antonio wanted a minimal intervention and the most economical possible.
In response to their needs we propose a simple and functional intervention, home staging! For this we painted the entire house in matt white, ending the ugly old colours, we threw away the old furniture that was in poor condition and gave a modern touch to the bedrooms and living room with new furniture and simple decoration. The most successful, a minimal reform of the bathroom with a change of toilets and shower tray and replacement of kitchen furniture.
